Yes. Atria finds and screens the tenant and closes the letting. After that you step out of the process and manage the home yourself, or you can ask us to take it on with Administración Vertical or Rentu Rooms.

Once the deal is signed, Atria steps out. If you need legal help with the contract, you can consult our legal advice team.
